October 17, 2024•Rosé label Hampton Water from Jon Bon Jovi and his son Jesse Bongiovi has expanded, adding a new sparkling wine sourced from the south of France. Hampton Water Bubbly is a blend of 47% Pinot Noir, 30% Grenache and 23% Chardonnay and comes in at 13% abv. The wine is made by Gérard Bertrand and carries a suggested price of $30 a bottle. Hampton Water Bubbly is rolling out now across the U.S. Last year, the brand reached 80,000 cases, bucking a downturn in the rosé category, according to Impact Databank. According to a projection from the brand, Hampton Water could reach 100,000 cases for 2024.
•Edrington’s Highland Park has released new packaging for the single malt distiller’s 12-, 15-, and 18-year-old whiskies. The refreshed and modernized label and bottle are meant to highlight the brand’s connection to its home in the Orkney Islands, according to the company. The whiskies inside remain unchanged with the 12-year-old carrying a suggested price of $60, the 15-year-old at $125, and the 18-year-old at $175. Last year, Highland Park was at 18,000 cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank.
•William Grant & Sons has kicked off the fourth season of “Quest for Craft,” Balvenie’s promotional series featuring musician Questlove. This year’s guests include America Ferrera, Common, Bill Hader, and Lin Manuel Miranda and cover topics like “craft and self” and “craft and uncertainty.” The episodes are being rolled out now exclusively on the Balvenie’s Youtube channel. Last year, the Balvenie was at 88,000 cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank.
