Ascend Launches New Edibles Lineup
October 22, 2024Multistate operator Ascend Wellness has announced Effin’, a new line of edibles blending THC with minor cannabinoids, including THCV, CBN, and CBG, among others. The new brand makes its debut with four SKUs—Chillin’, Sleep, Do It, and Hang—all at 10-mg. of THC, plus an additional cannabinoid for targeted effects. Chillin’ also includes 10-mg. of CBD, Sleep has 5-mg. of CBN, Do It has 10-mg. of THCV, and Hang has 20-mg. of CBG.
Effin’ launched early this month in Massachusetts and Illinois, with New Jersey coming online before the end of the month. In addition to those three states, Ascend operates in Maryland, Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Ascend had revenues of $284 million in the first six months of the year.—Shane English
