Foley Family Wines & Spirits has introduced a new line of single estate whiskies from Minden Mill, the company’s Nevada craft distillery. The trio—a Bourbon, rye, and American single malt—are all bottled at 47% abv and distilled from grains grown on Minden’s farm and proofed down from snowmelt from the nearby Sierra Nevada mountains. The new whiskies are rolling out to retailers in Nevada, Arizona, California, Colorado, and Illinois, with the Bourbon and rye carrying suggested prices of $45 and the single malt going for $60. SND caught up with Foley Family president Shawn Schiffer this summer to hear about the company’s spirits strategy.

Lawrenceburg, Indiana’s Ross & Squibb Distillery has released Remus Gatsby Reserve 2024 Edition, the brand’s annual celebration of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Jazz Age novel. This year’s edition is bottled at 52.45% abv and blended from two whiskies, including stocks aged 15 years. The third release in the series, the 2024 bottling carries a suggested price of $230 and is rolling out now in limited quantities. Ross & Squibb is part of Luxco, the branded arm of MGP Ingredients.

Inspiro Tequila has announced Special Reserve Añejo, a new limited edition bottling from the brand. The 44% abv Tequila is matured in a combination of two wine casks, spending four months in French oak rosé barrels before an additional 15 months in Pinot Noir barrels. The release is rolling out now in limited quantities to select retailers for a suggested price of $130 a bottle. Inspiro Tequila Special Reserve Añejo is also available through the brand’s website.
