Brown-Forman’s Old Forester has released the latest whiskey in the brand’s 117 series: Warehouse I. The new limited release is bottled at 47.5% abv and is an 11-year-old Bourbon released to celebrate Repeal Day. The whiskey carries a suggested price of $65 a 375-ml. and is available at Old Forester’s distillery, in select retailers in Kentucky, and for DTC shipping, where legal. Last year, Old Forester was at 485,000 cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank. For the year-to-date through October, the brand was up 5.2% in control states according to NABCA.

Bartender and drinks entrepreneur Giuseppe Gallo has announced a new aperitif wine coming to his Savoia brand in early 2025: Orancio. The 17.2% abv aperitif is made from a base of orange wine infused with ginger, saffron, pomegranate, cape aloe, gentian, bergamot, and lime, among other fruits, spices, and botanicals. The release will be available in 500-ml. bottles beginning in January with each carrying a suggested price of $25. Savoia Orancio will be available in select retailers in New York, California, and Texas, as well as through Curiada for shipping nationwide.
