•Diageo has extended Baileys Irish Cream with a new line of oat milk-based non-dairy liqueurs. The duo—in Coffee Toffee and Cookies & Creamy flavors—are at 17% abv and join Almande in the brand’s collection of dairy-free liqueurs. Baileys Non-Dairy Liqueur Made with Oat Milk is available nationally for a suggested price of $25 a 750-ml. The releases are also available 100-ml. 3-packs and 50-ml. individual servings for around $12 and $3, respectively. Last year, Baileys was above 1.3 million cases in the U.S., according to an estimate from Impact Databank.

•Amaro aperitivo brand Amante 1530 is expanding in the U.S. market. Created by musician Sting, actress Trudie Styler, and a group of their friends, the new entry is at 15% abv and carries a suggested price of $35. According to the company, its flavor profile is citrusy, less sweet than many other commercially available amari, and balanced by a vegetal bitterness. The brand is currently distributed across New York, New Jersey, Tennessee, Florida, Colorado, and Massachusetts, as well as online, with more markets on the way.

•Terlato Wine Group has appointed Stephanie Jacobs as winemaker for Rutherford Hill Winery in the Napa Valley. Jacobs has over 20 years’ winemaking experience, including two decades at Cakebread Cellars. Terlato COO Sandra LeDrew asserted that Jacobs’s proven track record of “collaborating across departments, her strategic vision for growing wine programs, and her unwavering commitment to excellence” will be assets in further elevating quality at Rutherford Hill.
