March 17, 2025•Frederick Wildman Wholesale has been tapped to distribute the wines of Spain’s Tempos Vega Sicilia in the New York market. The Tempos Vega Sicilia portfolio includes Bodegas Vega Sicilia (Ribera del Duero), Bodegas Alión (Ribera del Duero), Bodegas y Viñedos Pintia (DO Toro), Benjamin de Rothschild & Vega Sicilia Macán (DOCa Rioja), and Bodegas Oremus (in the Tokaj region of Hungary). “We are convinced that our partnership with Frederick Wildman will significantly strengthen Tempos Vega Sicilia in New York,” said Ignacio De Saralegui, Tempos Vega Sicilia sales & marketing director.

•FIFCO USA has launched new packaging for Seagram’s Escapes, now offering the FMB in slim cans. The company has also added a new Pineapple Starfruit flavor at 3.2% abv. The new cans are making their debut in a variety 12-pack that includes Jamaican Me Happy, Blueberry Acai Lemonade, Peach Bellini, and Black Cherry Fizz flavors. Seagram’s Escapes is also still available in bottles, including in a revamped 12-pack that features Strawberry Daiquiri, Pineapple Starfruit, Blueberry Acai Lemonade, and Jamaican Me Happy flavors. Seagram’s Escapes was at 7.5 million cases in the U.S. last year, according to Impact Databank.
