•Cannabis-focused wellness brand oHHo has launched three hemp-derived THC seltzers in Spec’s outlets throughout Texas. The brand kicks off with three flavors—Blood Orange Pomegranate, Grapefruit Elderflower, and Cherry Lime—all at 5mg of THC per can. In addition to retail availability, oHHo’s seltzers will be sold via Doordash and through the retailer’s website. Spec’s has 250 stores throughout Texas.

•Canopy USA subsidiary Wana Brands has introduced hemp-derived THC gummies in Texas. The company is kicking off the launch with eight flavors, including Passionfruit Pineapple, Strawberry Margarita, Blueberry Lemonade, Island Punch, Raspberry Limeade, and Peach Bellini, plus two sleep-focused gummies Berry Optimals Fast Asleep and Berry Optimals Stay Asleep. All eight varieties come in packs of 20 gummies with 100mg THC and 100mg CBD in total. Wana gummies are now available in select retailers across the Lone Star state.

Ayr Wellness has announced the sale of its four retailers in Illinois. The move comes as Ayr emphasizes its stronger markets, especially Florida, where the company is continuing to expand. The Illinois sell-off follows other consolidation moves from Ayr, including shutting down a Nevada-based production facility and leasing out its Massachusetts medical growing and manufacturing business in 2024. Last year, Ayr Wellness posted flat revenues of $464 million, with adjusted EBITDA down 12% to $100 million.
