Crimson Wine Group’s Sales Rise 1% In 2024

California-based Crimson Wine Group saw sales increase 1% to $73 million last year, boosted by a 2% rise in DTC revenue to $28 million and a 1% advance to $41 million on the wholesale side. Shipment volume grew 3% to just over 400,000 cases, while gross profit increased 4% to $35 million. Crimson’s portfolio retails largely in the $16-$30 tier.

The Crimson brand stable includes Pine Ridge Vineyards (Napa, CA), Seghesio Family Vineyards (Healdsburg, CA), Chamisal Vineyards & Malene Winery (San Luis Obispo, CA), Archery Summit (Willamette Valley, OR), Seven Hills Winery (Walla Walla, WA), and Double Canyon (Horse Heaven Hills, WA). Earlier this year, Seghesio’s 2022 Sonoma County Zinfandel was awarded Wine Spectator’s 2024 Wine Value of the Year. —Daniel Marsteller
