•Jacob’s Pardon, part of the Palm Bay International portfolio, has announced the Cask Collective Series with a new 16-year-old American whiskey. The limited release is blended from 50 barrels of whiskey distilled from a mash of 99% corn and 1% malted barley and is finished in Oloroso Sherry casks before bottling at 48.25% abv. Jacob’s Pardon “Cask Collective” 16-Year-Old Oloroso Sherry Cask-Finished Whiskey carries a suggested price of $125 a 750-ml. and is now available in select retailers across the U.S.

•Diageo has launched Por Amor: An Immersive Tasting Experience, a new marketing program for Tequila Don Julio. The tasting is hosted at the Mercer Labs Museum of Art and Technology in New York City and will show guests the story of the brand with spatial audio and innovative lighting and design. The program is set to run from June 12-15 and will also give attendees the chance to create their own Don Julio cocktail. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis through the brand’s website. Last year, Don Julio was up nearly 40% to 3.4 million cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank.

•De Soi, the non-alcoholic aperitif brand from pop star Katy Perry, has launched a new non-alcoholic spicy Margarita. Haute Margarita is carbonated and made with adaptogens like L-theanine, lion’s mane, and reishi mushrooms, and comes in 4-packs of 8-ounce cans. De Soi is available through the brand’s website and is now rolling out in national retailers like Whole Foods, Sprouts, The Vitamin Shoppe, Fresh Thyme, and Jewel Osco.
