June 20, 2025•New Zealand’s Giesen Group is extending its non-alcoholic range with Giesen 0% Spritz Sauvignon Blanc and Giesen 0% Spritz Rosé. Imported by Opici Wines & Spirits, the lightly sparkling duo will retail at $15 a 750-ml. bottle, and will also debut in four-packs of slim cans this summer. They join Sparkling Brut, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Rosé in Giesen’s alcohol-removed portfolio.
Lalo Spirits, maker of the eponymous Tequila brand, has formed a new distribution partnership with Reyes Beverage Group for the California market. The deal takes effect in late July. It will see Reyes handle the brand across the Golden State and marks another step into spirits distribution for Reyes. Lalo’s portfolio includes a Blanco Tequila at 40% abv and a limited-edition high proof Blanco at 54% abv. So far this year, Reyes has made major moves into spirits in California, adding Tito’s in January, the Brown-Forman portfolio in February, and Gallo’s High Noon in April. According to Shanken’s Impact Newsletter, Reyes is now the fifth largest wine and spirits distributor in the U.S. with projected 2025 revenue of above $2 billion.
