June 25, 2025•Bacardi has partnered with actor Jonathan Bailey for a new ad campaign promoting the Bermuda-based company’s Martini aperitivo brand. The campaign, titled “Off Script,” is an extension of the brand’s wider “Dare to Be” platform, and shows the actor “trading his script for a spritz,” according to the company. The campaign will run in out-of-home, tv, and social channels, both as a video, directed by Bugsy Riverbank-Steel, and in stills, shot by Jason Hetherington. “Off Script” will run through summer 2025. Last year, Martini’s vermouth and sparkling wine releases were at roughly 400,000 cases each in the U.S., according to Impact Databank.
•Foley Family Wines & Spirits has launched Single Grain Double Barrel, the latest Irish whiskey from Two Stacks. The whiskey is distilled from a mash of 94% corn and 6% malted barley and ages for 3-5 years in ex-Bourbon barrels before finishing for 1-3 years in Oloroso Sherry barrels. Single Grain Double Barrel is bottled at 46% abv and is available in 700-ml. bottles ($45) as well as 100-ml. cans, dubbed “Dram in a Can” ($7).
•Suntory Global Spirits has announced Little Book, Chapter 9, the latest limited edition release from the Fred B. Noe Distillery. Chapter 9, named None for Granted, is a blend of four Kentucky straight Bourbons aged 11, 8, 7, and 7 years, and an 8-year-old rye whiskey. It’s bottled at 60.9% abv and was blended to highlight the foundational flavors of American whiskey, like “brown sweets,” vanilla, and oak, according to master distiller Freddie Noe. Little Book Chapter 9 carries a suggested price of $160 a 750-ml. and is rolling out in limited quantities across the U.S.
•Napa Valley’s Hall Family Wines has tapped Winebow Fine Wine & Spirits as the luxury-focused wine company’s new California distributor. Previously, Hall’s portfolio was handled by the now-closing RNDC of California. The transition to Winebow is ongoing, and distribution will officially commence on July 7. The move will bring Hall’s entire portfolio, including the Hall, Walt, and Baca labels, into Winebow’s distribution network in the state. Winebow Wholesale’s national distribution platform comprises 18 markets, covering 60 percent of the wine consumption in the U.S.
