Bogle Family Vineyards is moving to the Columbia Distributing portfolio in Washington and Oregon, beginning July 1, with exclusivity taking effect August 1. Known for its namesake brand as well as newer offerings like Elemental ($17), a line of wines packaged in lightweight aluminum bottles, Bogle has U.S. volume of approximately 2.7 million cases annually, according to Impact Databank. Like many distributors who primarily handle beer, Columbia has expanded aggressively in wine and spirits, also handling brands from Sazerac, Treasury, and Trinchero, among others.

•“Yellowstone” actor and country music singer Luke Grimes has teamed up with Utah-based High West Distillery to support its “Protect the West” campaign. The effort aims to help preserve the Western landscape of the U.S. by supporting local charities that focus on initiatives like land preservation, wildfire prevention, and climate resilience. To increase exposure, High West has launched an online sweepstakes with Grimes as the spokesperson. Whisky Advocate has more.

Cooper Spirits Co. has formed a partnership under which Blue Ridge Spirits & Wine Marketing will lead sales efforts for its flagship Slow & Low brand, effective July 1. Blue Ridge will oversee Slow & Low’s account management, sales representation, distributor relations, and the execution of national and regional programming. Cooper Spirits says the move will expand the reach of Slow & Low and amplify its presence in both on- and off-premise channels. Slow & Low is available as two bottled and canned expressions, Proper Rye Old-Fashioned and Coffee Old-Fashioned, as well as a bottled 100-Proof 6-Year Old-Fashioned.
