July 2, 2025•Moët Hennessy’s Glenmorangie has been named the official whisky of Formula 1 racing, with the partnership kicking off with a new ad from actor Harrison Ford. The ad is an extension of Glenmorangie and Ford’s ongoing “Once Upon a Time in Scotland” campaign and culminates with the actor noting his approval of the partnership. In addition, the whisky will be prominently featured during F1 events, beginning with the F1 Qatar Airways British Grand Prix 2025, starting on July 4. At the race, attendees will be able to try Glenmorangie cocktails, among other branded tie-ins. Glenmorangie’s U.S. volume is at roughly 80,000 cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank’s estimate.
•Louisville, Kentucky’s Barrell Craft Spirits has released Batch 037, the latest limited-edition cask-strength whiskey from the blender. This release comes in at 55.7% abv and is blended from 8-, 11-, and 12-year-old Indiana Bourbon; 13-, 14-, and 15-year-old Tennessee Bourbon, and 10-year-old Kentucky Bourbon, with a derived mash bill of 78% corn, 18% rye, and 4% malted barley. The new release is now available in limited quantities across the U.S. carrying a suggested retail price of $85 a 750-ml.
•Diageo-owned Lone River Beverage Company has launched the Lemonade Splash Variety pack, featuring four new FMBs. The new releases are all at 4% abv and 100 calories or less per can and come in Classic Agave, Prickly Pear, Hot Honey, and Blueberry flavors. The new variety 12-pack carries a suggested price of $18 and is now available across the U.S. The new lemonade-flavored releases join a variety of malt-based Ranch Water and Margarita-inspired drinks in Lone River’s portfolio.
