Cannabis Briefs for July 15, 2025
July 15, 2025•Canadian cannabis company Organigram has launched a new e-commerce platform for hemp-derived THC products, targeting the U.S. market. The launch follows Organigram’s April purchase of the Collective Project, an American hemp company. The new platform offers a variety of sparkling juices, sparkling lemonades, and sodas under both the Collective Project branding and the Fetch soda brand, available in 2.5mg, 5mg, and 10mg doses (depending on the product). The Collective Project’s e-commerce platform can currently ship to 25 states across the U.S. In addition, the Collective Project’s hemp-derived products are available in select retailers across the U.S. Organigram had sales of C$160 million ($116m) in its fiscal year through last September.
•Oregon’s Rogue Ales & Spirits has entered the hemp THC space with a new line of infused seltzers. The initial release comes in two flavors—Blackberry Cucumber and Pineapple Guava—both at 10mg of THC and 10mg of CBD per 12-ounce can. The new drinks, launched late last month, are currently available through the brand’s website for $25 per 4-pack. A retail rollout is planned through this summer.
•Mariona, a new hemp-derived THC wine, has hit shelves in New Jersey and Tennessee. The brand comes in three varieties—Plush (red), Sunny (white), and Vivid (rosé)—with 10mg of THC per bottle and 2.5mg per serving. The brand is line priced at $30 a bottle and is distributed by Best Brands in Tennessee and Northern Eagle Beverage Company in New Jersey. According to the company, Mariona will be driven by a retail-first expansion plan.
