•Heaven Hill Distillery has announced the 2025 edition of Parker’s Heritage, an 11-year-old Straight American whiskey. The 19th release in the limited-edition line, this year’s whiskey comes in at 61.25% abv and is blended from 15-year-old Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon, 11-year-old Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey, and 12-year-old Whiskey made with only rye and malted barley. The whiskey was drawn from only 160 barrels and carries a suggested price of $180. It will be available in select retailers across the U.S. with a portion of sales benefiting ALS research and patient care.

•Luxco’s Penelope Bourbon has released Black Walnut Old Fashioned, a new bottled cocktail. The new entry is at 38% abv and is the second ready-to-serve option from the brand, following Peach Old Fashioned. Black Walnut Old Fashioned carries a suggested price of $30 a 750-ml. and comes in the same matte white bottle as Penelope’s last bottled cocktail, this time with walnut-colored writing and accents. In 2024, Penelope was up 32% to 70,000 cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank.
