October 1, 2025•Champagne Bollinger has aligned with Aston Martin on a new partnership that will see the two luxury brands leverage each other’s platforms to gain global exposure. Bollinger has been named official Champagne partner of Aston Martin, while the luxury car brand is official automotive partner of Bollinger. Under the deal, Bollinger will be present at key Aston Martin experiences and VIP events around the world, such as exclusive launches and customer gatherings. In other brand news, Champagne Bollinger has been tapped by American Airlines as its first prestige Champagne partner across Flagship First lounges and select business class flights. Imported by Vintus, Bollinger has U.S. volume of 25,000 cases, according to Impact Databank.
•Napa Valley-based Shafer Vineyards has appointed Empire Merchants as its distributor in New York. The move offers “opportunities to deepen relationships with retailers, restaurants, and consumers,” says Nick Holmes, Shafer’s vice president of global sales. Based in the Stags Leap District, Shafer’s wines include Hillside Select, Relentless, One Point Five, Merlot, TD-9, and Red Shoulder Ranch Chardonnay. The winery was previously partnered with Wilson Daniels for distribution in New York.
•India’s Piccadily Distilleries is introducing Indri Agneya, a lightly peated single malt whisky, in the U.S. via importer ImpEx Beverages. Retailing at $80 a 750-ml. and bottled at 46% abv, the malt was matured in both Sherry and Bourbon casks. “Agneya” is derived from the Sanskrit word meaning “belonging to fire.” The newcomer joins Indri’s flagship Trini and Dru offerings in the brand’s U.S. lineup.
