•Disaronno International USA has announced the 500th Anniversary Collection, celebrating the company’s namesake liqueur. The limited edition series features five bottles themed around Dolcevita, Passione, Bellezza, Stile, and Eleganza, all pillars of Disaronno. The bottles feature unique art themed to those five pillars and will be available nationally ahead of the holiday season for a suggested price of $28. Last year, Disaronno was at 355,000 cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank.

•Luxco’s Penelope Bourbon has released Apple Cinnamon Old Fashioned, a new limited-time ready-to-serve cocktail. The cocktail is made with straight Bourbon, rye whiskey, apple cinnamon bitters, and simple syrup, and bottled at 40% abv. 11,000 cases of Apple Cinnamon Old Fashioned will be released this year, available in Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin for a suggested price of $30 a bottle. Next year, according to the company, the cocktail will be available nationwide.

•Bardstown, Kentucky-based Heaven Hill has announced a trio of Chinquapin oak-aged whiskies as part of the distillery’s Grain to Glass series. The new releases cover a Bourbon, a wheated Bourbon, and a rye, with each aged for six years, fully in Chinquapin oak, before bottling. The Bourbon (52.5% abv) is made from a mash of 52% corn, 35% rye, and 13% malt; the wheater (52.5% abv) is made from 52% corn, 35% wheat, and 13% malt; and the rye (53.5% abv) is distilled from 63% rye, 24% corn, and 13% malt. All three whiskies will be available in limited quantities in the U.S., beginning in November, with each retailing for a suggested price of $130 a bottle.
