- Jackson Family Wines has released the first Kendall Jackson x NBA bottles, part of the company’s ongoing partnership with professional basketball. The NBA branded collection covers three wines—2024 Lake County Sauvignon Blanc ($15), 2024 Monterey County Chardonnay ($15), and 2023 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon ($25)—with the trio now available across the U.S. The basketball themed labels were designed by Victor Solomon, the artist responsible for redesigning the league’s Larry Bird trophy. Last year, Kendall-Jackson was at 3 million cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank.
- Mezcal Trascendente has launched Tamarindo, a new flavored mezcal, in the U.S. The mezcal is distilled from Espadín agave and blended with tamarind flavor before bottling at 40% abv. Tamarindo, imported by Spiribam USA, is rolling out now in 15 markets in the U.S. The new release sells for around $40 a bottle and joins Espadín; Espadín, Tobalá, and Cuishe; and Espadín Selecto in Mezcal Trascendente’s U.S. portfolio.
