Fedway Affiliate To Acquire New Jersey A-B Distributor Ritchie & Page

October 28, 2025

New Jersey distributor Fedway has acquired Ritchie & Page Distributing Company through its Jersey Beverage Network, LLC affiliate. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. While still subject to regulatory approval, when the deal is finalized—expected in January—Jersey Beverage Network will take over Ritchie & Page’s beer distribution operations in Burlington, Mercer, Monmouth, and Ocean counties, as well as in parts of Camden and Hunterdon counties.

“This acquisition represents a strategic expansion for the Fedway family of companies as it enters the beer category through Jersey Beverage Network—further advancing its mission to be New Jersey’s premier full-service distributor across wine, spirits, and now beer,” said Fedway in a statement.

Ritchie & Page is a key Anheuser-Busch distributor in the Garden State. Fedway’s move to expand in beer distribution follows Southern Glazer’s August deal to acquire Anheuser-Busch’s owned wholesale operation in New York City for an undisclosed sum.

Fedway has projected revenue of $1.2 billion for 2025, according to Shanken’s Impact Newsletter. The company delivers 9 million cases of wine, spirits, and RTDs across New Jersey annually, serving 7,000 licensees.—Shane English
