William Grant & Sons Taps Diageo Veteran Gladman As New CMO

William Grant & Sons (WG&S) has named Philip Gladman as its new chief marketing officer, replacing Maurice Doyle, who departed last year. Prior to joining William Grant, Gladman spent 14 years with Diageo in a number of roles including director, marketing and innovation for Africa and Smirnoff global brand director. In his new post, Gladman will report to WG&S CEO Stella David and join the company’s executive board. He will also take executive responsibility for WG&S’s global travel retail business.
