•Juneau-based Alaskan Brewing Co. has added Hop Turn IPA to its roster of rotating seasonal brews. Billed as a more subtle, German-style IPA, Hop Turn is made with Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts and Magnum and Sterling hops, and features less hop bitterness than the typical West Coast IPA. The spring offering will be available across Alaskan Brewing’s 17-state footprint, and joins entries such as Pumpkin Ale, Summer Ale and Winter Ale in the brewer’s seasonal lineup.

•Doral, Florida-based M.I.A. Beer Company has partnered with Cavalier Distributing for expanded coverage in its home state. The brewer’s flagship Miami Weiss Hefeweizen, Mega Mix Pale Ale, Domino Pilsner and Tourist Trappe Belgian Tripel, as well as specialty brews and limited releases, will be available through Cavalier in Broward, Dade, Hillsborough, Monroe, Palm Beach and Pinellas counties. Last month, M.I.A. partnered with St. Louis-based contract brewer Brew Hub, which will allow its production to grow from 2,000 barrels to 8,000 barrels.

•Auburn, California’s Knee Deep Brewing Company is entering the Texas market this month through an agreement with distributor Austin Specialty Beverage. Knee Deep’s brews will initially be available throughout Austin, with Houston and Dallas availability expected by late 2016. Knee Deep—which brews a lineup of 14 beers such as Breaking Bud IPA, Hoptologist, Lupulin River DIPA and Simtra Triple IPA—began brewing in 2010 and is currently available in 15 states.
