November 7, 2017

•Colorado’s Left Hand Brewing Company has launched its Milk Stout Nitro in cans for the first time. Each 13.65-ounce can features a widget that releases nitrogen through the entire beer to create a silky texture. Left Hand’s Milk Stout Nitro is rolling out now in four-packs of cans. Left Hand has also released two limited edition Nitro Stouts: Wake Up Dead Nitro, a 10.2%-abv Russian Imperial Stout; and Bittersweet Nitro, an 8.9%-abv Imperial Coffee Milk Stout. Both are available on draft and in four-packs of 12-ounce bottles. Left Hand’s beers are distributed in 42 states.

•Belgium’s Lindemans Brewery has partnered with importer Merchant du Vin to bring its GingerGueuze Lambic to the U.S. The beer, a 6%-abv blend of Lambic aged for up to three years, is fermented with ginger in oak barrels for a tart, botanical flavor profile. Following fermentation the unfiltered beer is bottle conditioned in 750-ml. bottles. Lindemans GingerGueuze Lambic will be distributed nationally and will roll out through November.
