Craft Brewing and Distilling News for May 21, 2018

•Kentucky-based Rabbit Hole Distilling has opened a new 55,000-square-foot distillery in downtown Louisville. Rabbit Hole’s new facility has an annual capacity of 1.2 million proof gallons (about 20,000 barrels) and features a tasting bar serving Rabbit Hole spirits and cocktails, as well as a private event space and tours offering an in-depth look at the distilling process. Rabbit Hole’s offerings include a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey, Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in PX Sherry Casks, and a Kentucky Rye Barrel Finished London Dry Gin.
