May 25, 2018•Louisville, Kentucky-based Goodwood Brewing has partnered with Republic National Distribution Co. (RNDC) for distribution throughout Florida. RNDC will launch eight Goodwood products in the Sunshine State, including Bourbon Barrel Stout, Brandy Barrel Honey Ale, Bourbon Barrel Ale, Louisville Lager, Walnut Brown Ale, Hemp Gose, Spruce Tip IPA, and American Pale Ale. Goodwood’s beers are distributed to a total of 12 states. Breakthru Beverage, which is slated to merge with RNDC this year, is another key distributor partner.
•Tampa, Florida’s Cigar City Brewing has partnered with the Sheehan Family Companies network to expand distribution in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic this month. Cigar City is entering upstate New York, distributed by Craft Beer Guild of New York, Tri-Valley Beverage, and T.J. Sheehan Distributing. It’s also launching in Massachusetts through Seaboard Products Co., L. Knife & Son, and Craft Beer Guild Distributing of Massachusetts. Finally, the brewer is debuting in Maryland via Rosedale’s Legends Distributing. Led by its flagship Jai Alai IPA, Cigar City is now distributed to 21 states. The brewery, which produces over 90,000 barrels annually, is part of the CANarchy collective—partially funded by Fireman Capital Partners—which also includes Oskar Blues, Perrin, Squatters, and Wasatch.
