June 19, 2018•Seattle’s Pyramid Brewing Co. has launched its newest brew, Coast Day Dry-Hop Hazy Lager. The 5.3%-abv beer is brewed with Nugget, Liberty, and Mount Hood hops, before being dry-hopped with an experimental hop varietal and Centennial hops. The beer is available in 19.2-ounce cans in convenience stores throughout the Pacific Northwest and on draft in brewery’s tasting room. Pyramid Brewing Co. is a part of the North American Breweries portfolio, along with Genesee, Magic Hat, Labatt Blue, and other brands.
•Brooklyn, New York’s Braven Brewing Company has launched Skrrt! Skrrt! Double IPA. The 8.6%-abv ale is brewed with flaked oats, wheat malt, and 2-row barley, and hopped with Centennial and Simcoe hops. The beer has launched in 16-ounce cans in New York City, Long Island, and Upstate New York with distribution in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Delaware coming later this summer.
