February 15, 2019•Astoria, Oregon-based Buoy Beer Company is releasing Love, Lost at Sea barleywine as part of its Small Batch Series. The 10.4% abv brew has aged a year in Bull Run whiskey barrels. Love, Lost at Sea will be distributed throughout Oregon and southwestern Washington in individual 500-ml bottles retailing for $15. Buoy doubled its production capacity last year and has other limited releases on the way, like King Tide Brett Belgian (5.9% abv) in early March and Enzo Belgian Dark Ale (6.2% abv) later this year.
