•Lakewood, New York-based Southern Tier Distilling has announced its first Bottled in Bond Bourbon. The 50% abv whiskey was distilled in the fall of 2015, shortly after the company received its New York State distiller’s license, and has spent the last four years maturing. Southern Tier Bottled in Bond Bourbon will be available in limited quantities in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Washington, D.C., and Maryland for a suggested price of $60 a 750-ml.
