•Purcellville, Virginia-based Catoctin Creek Distilling Company is releasing a highly limited whiskey expression. The craft distillery produced approximately 540 bottles of Peach Barrel Select Rye, which was aged in charred new oak barrels and then finished for over a year in peach brandy barrels used to produce its Short Hill Mountain Peach Brandy. It’s at 40% abv and retails for $46 a 750-ml., available beginning November 16 through Catoctin Creek’s online store for Virginia residents and at liquor stores throughout the company’s 24-state distribution footprint.
