Constellation Aligns With Southern Glazer’s For 70% Of Its Wine And Spirits Business

In case you missed yesterday’s news alert, Constellation Brands has appointed Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits as its distributor for 70% of its wine and spirits portfolio. SGWS previously had about 40% of the business, Constellation told SND. The move comes as Constellation continues to sharpen its focus on a smaller range of premium and above wine and spirits brands. Here’s the full story.
