Craft Brewing and Distilling News for July 13, 2021

•Georgia-based SweetWater Brewing plans to open a new full-service brewery, production facility, taproom, and restaurant in Colorado. The facility will be based at a 32,450 square foot space in Fort Collins, which previously housed Red Truck Brewing Company and Fort Collins Brewing. The brewery will undergo an extensive renovation including operational enhancements to the brewing and packaging areas, and an overall facelift for the taproom and restaurant. Additionally, SweetWater plans to open a branded Mountain Taphouse at the Denver International Airport. Owned by cannabis company Tilray, SweetWater is present in 34 states and Washington, D.C.
