Diageo Appoints Gregorio Gutierrez To Lead U.S. Spirits

In case you missed yesterday’s news alert, Diageo has named Gregorio Gutierrez as president of U.S. Spirits, effective in November. Reporting to incoming Diageo North America president Claudia Schubert, Gutierrez will oversee Diageo’s 40-million-case U.S. spirits business, the largest supplier in the market with a roughly 15% volume share, according to Impact Databank. Here’s the full story.
