•Constellation Brands is selling the Funky Buddha and Four Corners craft breweries back to their original owners. Funky Buddha founders Ryan and KC Sentz will reacquire the Oakland Park, Florida-based business from Constellation, which purchased the brewer in 2017, for an undisclosed sum, planning to “focus on beverage innovation, new consumer experiences, and additional product lines.” Funky Buddha’s flagship beers include Floridian and Hop Gun. The deal is expected to close this month. Four Corners Brewing, based in Dallas, is likewise returning to its original ownership, as Constellation exits the craft beer business. The drinks giant had acquired Four Corners in 2018.
