RNDC Expands E-Commerce Platform As Revenue Grows 50% In H1
August 11, 2023Republic National Distributing Co. (RNDC) expanded its eRNDC e-commerce platform into five new states in the first half of the year, and is rolling out a “reimagined buying experience” integrating user feedback. Halfway through 2023, eRNDC has seen 50% year-over-year revenue growth and a 97% increase in customer login activity, the company reports.
After expanding into California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and Hawaii in the first half, eRNDC is now active across 19 states and Washington D.C. Additional states, including Nebraska and Michigan, are slated to be added in the coming months. The platform has booked a total of $1.3 billion in sales since launching in 2019.
Following a “comprehensive customer feedback campaign” conducted in the first half, eRNDC is introducing new features like intelligent search engines, local market curations, product insights, and a faster ordering experience, and says further capabilities and improvements will be added moving forward.
“As we look back at the first half of the year, it’s clear that eRNDC will not only meet but exceed expectations for 2023,” said Nick Mehall, RNDC president and CEO. “As this growth continues, our team remains dedicated to prioritizing the user experience—and that starts with listening to and acting on feedback from our customers and sales teams.”—Daniel Marsteller
