•Rémy Cointreau’s Metaxa has introduced a new bottle for brand’s flagship Ouzo. The new design features updated fonts and a cobalt and gold theme on a white bottle, with art depicting two of the botanicals used to make the spirit. The Ouzo itself hasn’t changed and remains a 40% abv spirit distilled on pot stills and infused with botanicals including mastic and anise, among others. The newly refreshed bottles of Metaxa Ouzo are now available across the U.S. for around $21.50 a 700-ml. bottle. Last year, Metaxa was at 26,000 cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank.
