January 9, 2024•Tilray is debuting a new Riff Boost beverage collection, featuring two new ready-to-drink THC and CBG-infused drinks. The new Riff Boost offerings are available in two flavors, Tropical Burst and Vanilla Frost, rolling out in 355ml. cans. Both are infused with nano-emulsified cannabinoids containing 10mg THC and 10mg CBG, ginseng extract, and 30mg of caffeine from guarana extract. The new entries are launching in Canada across select regions and retailers, including Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario.
•Colorado’s cannabis market is seeing a few changes to start the year, with new rules going into effect, including the allowance of online sales. In addition to allowing retailers to accept orders and payment online, the state has raised sales allowances at consumption lounges to no more than one ounce of retail marijuana flower, no more than eight grams of retail marijuana concentrate, and no more than 100 milligrams of retail marijuana product. Under the new rules, hospitality businesses must also provide consumers with information regarding safe transportation, and must establish measures to prevent overconsumption and sales to anyone “displaying visible signs of intoxication.”
