Southern Glazer’s Names Bellan To Lead $3.25B Texas Business

Southern Glazer’s has appointed Jamey Bellan as executive vice president and general manager of Texas, effective February 15. Bellan, who will report to Matthew Metz, president, Central Region, will be responsible for leading Southern Glazer’s strategic business initiatives in the state. Bellan replaces Metz, who was recently promoted to his current role.

A 22-year industry veteran, Bellan was most recently vice president, general sales manager for Southern Glazer’s in the Texas market. According Shanken’s Impact Newsletter, Southern Glazer’s Texas revenues stood at an estimated $3.25 billion in 2023, making it the third-largest state for the wholesale giant, after California and Florida.—Daniel Marsteller
