•Luxco is rolling out its Ezra Brooks 99 Bourbon in 1-liter bottles. The new size is debuting nationwide, retailing at $30. Introduced in 2021, Ezra Brooks 99 is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey that’s charcoal-filtered and elevated to 99 proof. The 1-liter variant joins 750-ml. and 1.75-liter sizes in the Ezra Brooks 99 lineup, which has been growing in popularity, according to Eric Winter, whiskey brand manager for Lux Row Distillers.

•Kintsugi Sake LLC has released its first product, American-made sake label Oishii. Distributed by Breakthru in the Florida market, Oishii has two expressions, Cloudy Junmai Sake and Clear Junmai Sake, both retailing at $30 a bottle. Oishii’s sakes are made with water from the Blue Ridge Mountains and Titan rice grown in Arkansas and are debuting both on- and off-premise. With its name translating to “delicious,” Oishii intends to leverage sake’s versatility and lower-alcohol profile in its marketing.
