Aleco Azqueta has been promoted to vice president, global marketing for the Grey Goose brand.
Previously the brand’s vice president of marketing for North America, Azqueta will report to Bacardi chief marketing officer Ned Duggan. He replaces Martin de Dreuille, who was recently named business unit director, France, at Bacardi Ltd. Both Azqueta and de Dreuille take on their new roles effective October 1. Grey Goose has U.S. volume of 2.7 million cases, according to Impact Databank.

New York’s Social Hour Cocktails has partnered with T. Edward Wine & Spirits to bring its canned cocktails to consumers throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. The distribution expansion includes Social Hour’s full portfolio—Yuzu Sunset Fizz, Pacific Spritz, Black Pepper Paloma, Navy Strength Gin & Tonic, and Whiskey Mule—with the canned cocktails ranging from 8% abv to 11.5% abv. Each of Social Hour’s cocktails are available in 4-packs of 250-ml. cans that retail for around $20.
