•Suntory Holdings has promoted Nobuhiro Torii to president, with Takeshi Niinami remaining CEO and also becoming chairman. The great-grandson of Shinjiro Torii, who founded Suntory predecessor company Torii Shoten, Torii is currently executive vice president of the Japanese company, whose holdings include third-ranked global spirits player Suntory Global Spirits, with annual volume of 145 million cases, according to Impact Databank. The new appointments are scheduled to take effect in late March.

Heaven Hill has announced the fall 2024 edition of Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond, an 11-year-old Bourbon. The whiskey was distilled in the fall of 2013 and is the 14th release in the high-end series. As with all bonded whiskies, Old Fitzgerald is at 50% abv and all of the whiskies in the bottle are from one distillery and made during one distilling season. This edition carries a suggested retail price of $155 a bottle and is available in limited quantities across the U.S.

Campari America has inked a new partnership with rapper Future to promote Grand Marnier. The campaign, titled “Remix Your Legacy, Make It Grand,” kicks off with a series of Margarita-tasting events held in New York, Atlanta, and Houston that will run through early 2025. At the events, guests will be able to try a variety of Grand Marnier cocktails as well as enter a contest to win a vinyl record signed by Future. Last year, Grand Marnier was at 590,000 cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank.
