February 5, 2025- Pernod Ricard-owned Skrewball Whiskey is extending with a 1.75-liter bottle. Retailing at $51, the new size is rolling out nationally ahead of the Super Bowl and is aimed at game-day parties and big-batch cocktail-making. A peanut butter-flavored whiskey brand in which Pernod acquired a majority stake in 2023, Skrewball slipped 0.9% to 485,000 cases in the U.S. last year, according to Impact Databank.
 - Ireland’s Boann Distillery is introducing its first single pot still whiskies in the U.S. The three core expressions—Marsala, Madeira, and Pedro Ximénez—are available in select states, including CA, FL, IN, MN, NE, ND, NY, SD, TX, and WI, and online. Bottled at 47% abv and retailing at $69 a 700-ml., the new single pot still entries join Boann’s existing Silks Irish Dry Gin and The Whistler Irish Whiskey. Boann’s offerings are imported by Prestige Beverage Group.
 - New York-based Banville Wine Merchants has been appointed to distribute the wines of Jorge Ordóñez Selections in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, effective March 1. Dedicated to Spanish wines, Jorge Ordóñez Selections imports a wide variety of offerings from Spain, including producers such as Bodegas Alvear, Bodegas Muga, Dominio de Eguren, and Llopart among others. Founded in 1987 by Jorge Ordóñez, the importer is now led by his children Monica and Victor Ordóñez.
 - India’s Radico Khaitan is debuting its Rampur Barrel Blush Indian Single Malt Whisky in the U.S. The premium whisky is first matured in American Bourbon barrels, and then finishes in Australian Shiraz casks. Located in Northern India in the foothills of the Himalayas, Radico’s Rampur Distillery also produces Rampur Select, PX Sherry Cask, Double Cask, Asava, Signature Reserve, the Jugalbandi Series, and Trigun Indian Single Malt Whisky.
