Far Niente Wine Estates has struck a deal with the San Francisco Giants to showcase its portfolio at the baseball team’s Oracle Park. Visitors to the stadium will find a selection of luxury Napa Valley wines from Far Niente Wine Estates’ full collection, including Far Niente, Bella Union, EnRoute, and Post & Beam. The wines will be featured at the House of Far Niente Vintage ’58 Promenade Level bar, as well as concessionaires throughout Oracle Park. The partnership starts this month. Far Niente produces around 155,000 cases annually. Duckhorn veteran Carol Reber was named interim CEO in January, succeeding the retiring Steve Spadarotto.
California’s FitVine Wine has debuted a new sparkling rosé packed in the brand’s resealable 750-ml. aluminum bottles. The 12.5% abv wine is rolling out now to select retailers across the U.S., carrying a suggested price of $15 a bottle. FitVine Bubbly Rosé joins a Sauvignon Blanc and a Chillable Red among the brand’s aluminum-bottle releases. Last year, FitVine, part of O’Neill Vintners & Distillers, was at 220,000 cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank.
Fruit liqueur maker Chinola is expanding its lineup, announcing a new Pineapple liqueur launching this month. The 21% abv liqueur carries a suggested price of $30 a 750-ml. and will launch in 40 U.S. markets on April 14. The brand, founded and led by Andrew Merinoff, also offers Passion Fruit and Mango liqueurs.
Brown-Forman has announced the 2025 bottling of the McLaren Racing X Jack Daniel’s limited edition whiskey. This year’s release is bottled at 43% abv, slightly higher than the brand’s flagship whiskey at 40%. This year’s whiskey is the third collaboration between the racing team and the Tennessee whiskey and sports an orange and black label and box. The whiskey is rolling out now in select markets across the U.S. Jack Daniel’s, excluding flavors, was just shy of five million cases in the U.S. last year, according to Impact Databank.
