April 21, 2025•Suntory Global Spirits’ On the Rocks has announced the Harmony Collection, a new duo of ready-to-serve cocktails designed by Hidetsugu Ueno, operator of Tokyo’s Bar High Five. The cocktails, Yuzu Matcha Martini and Japanese Boulevardier, are available in a 2-pack of 375-ml. bottles, carrying a suggested price of $30. The Martini is made with Haku vodka, yuzu, and green tea, and is at 20% abv. The Boulevardier uses Toki whisky, Port, and bitters, and is at 32.5% abv. Last year, On the Rocks was up 8% to 800,000 cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank.
•Santa Margherita USA has partnered with women’s lifestyle brand LoveShackFancy to release the first magnum bottling of the Italian wine brand’s rosé. The Santa Margherita x LoveShackFancy Limited Edition Rosé will launch in select retailers on May 20 and features a custom LoveShackFancy label and keepsake box. The limited release carries a suggested price of $50. For 2024, Santa Margherita’s portfolio was at 751,000 cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank.
•Edrington’s Highland Park has kicked off a new marketing campaign alongside a packaging refresh for the Orkney-made single malt. The ads, titled “Different by Nature,” feature Orkney locals (including Highland Park employees) sharing what makes their home special to them with photography shot by Tom Johnson and videos directed by Sam Johnson. The updated packaging features a new label and brighter and more modern color palette with “heather-flecked” labels and a simplified new version of the brand’s square bottles. Last year, Highland Park was at 15,000 cases in the U.S., according to Impact Databank.
•Cannabis and beverage alcohol company Tilray has launched Cruisies, a new spirits-based RTD, with three canned cocktails. The trio—all at 6% abv and available in 4-packs of 12-ounce cans—consists of Blood Orange Vodka Soda, Cuba Libre, and Golf Tea (an iced tea and lemonade cocktail). Initially, Cruisies is launching in New York’s Long Island market ahead of a planned expansion in the fall. Tilray expects to expand the brand lineup in 2026 with new RTDs.
