Suntory Global Spirits-owned Knob Creek is introducing Knob Creek Single Barrel Select Cask Strength. According to the company, “this updated offering empowers retailers to curate exclusive barrels of uncut, unfiltered Knob Creek Bourbon and Rye,” honoring founder Booker Noe’s vision for the brand. Knob Creek had U.S. volume of just above 500,000 cases last year, according to Impact Databank. The brand’s Knob Creek Bourbon x Rye ($45) ranked among Whisky Advocate’s Top 20 Whiskies of 2024.

Ranging in proof from approximately 110–130 for Bourbon and 100–120 for Rye, Knob Creek Single Barrel Select Cask Strength will be available at participating retailers nationwide at a suggested retail price of $70 for a 750-ml. bottle. Retailers can visit the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, KY to select their barrels, or use remote selection sampling kits, according to the company.—Daniel Marsteller
