Skurnik To Handle Kistler In California Market

Skurnik Wines & Spirits will begin distributing Kistler Vineyards in the California market, effective June 1. The move builds on the two companies’ partnership established in 2010, when Skurnik began representing Kistler in New York and New Jersey. Kistler is known as a benchmark producer of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Sonoma County.

Skurnik’s wholesale territory now encompasses nine states—including New York, New Jersey, and California—and its national portfolio represents 500 estates from countries including France, Italy, Spain, Germany, New Zealand, and Argentina, among others. Annual revenue is approximately $210 million, with volume of 1 million cases.
