•Hemp THC brand Nowadays has introduced a new lemonade-flavored offering. The limited-time-product comes in two forms, a single-serving 12-ounce can and a multi-serving bottling. Both releases contain 5mg THC per serving. Following the successful launches of Nowadays’ previous limited release, cranberry and cherry, the company says it has produced a larger quantity of the new lemonades. The new releases are available in select retailers across the U.S. and through the brand’s website. The 750-ml. bottle carries a suggested price of $69 and the 12-ounce cans come in 6-packs for a suggested price of $34.

•Florida-based functional beverage brand Brēz has released four new drinks, including two made with hemp-derived THC. The new launches coincide with a major retail expansion for the brand, with Brēz now available in all 461 Sprouts Farmers Markets across the U.S. The new drinks blend adaptogens, CBD, and other functional ingredients. The two THC-infused options—Amplify and Drift—come in at 5mg of THC per serving in watermelon lime and blueberry lotus flavors, respectively. The non-THC infused drinks—Elevate and Dream—both contain CBD and are strawberry mango and cherry chamomile flavored.

Delaware’s adult-use cannabis market will begin retail sales on August 1, marking the 22nd state to embark on adult-use sales. To kick off the market, the state’s 13 medical dispensaries will convert to adult-use sales (after paying a conversion fee to the state, with proceeds going to support social equity businesses). The state has levied a 15% excise tax on sales, with the state potentially seeing sales of $160 million by the end of 2026, according to the MJBiz Factbook. With Delaware’s adult-use launch set, industry eyes will turn to Minnesota and Virginia, the two other states potentially coming online in 2025.

Herbal Oasis Social Tonics has partnered with Total Wine & More, launching in the alcohol retailer’s stores in select locations across North Carolina. The move follows the brand’s test launch in Charlotte, with the company seeing enough success in Total to expand statewide. The Herbal Oasis brand consists of four flavors—Berry Fusion, Lemon Lift, Mango Bliss, and Tropical Twist—with all but the last release containing hemp-derived THC. Berry Fusion and Lemon Lift come in at 5mg of THC and Mango Bliss has 10mg THC. Tropical Twist is THC-free but made with a blend of functional mushrooms and other wellness-focused ingredients. Herbal Oasis is a subsidiary of CBD producer cbdMD, Inc.
