•Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits has introduced Bib & Tucker Small Batch Bourbon: Gold Roast Bourbon, a 6-Year Tennessee Bourbon finished with whole roasted Arabica coffee beans. Made with coffee beans from Tennessee-based Muletown Coffee Roasters, the new entry is bottled at 46% abv and retails at $50. It’s launching nationally next month. The whiskey is aged in new American oak barrels and passed through the Lincoln County process, then infused with cold-steeped, custom-roasted Arabica coffee beans sourced from the Agalta region of Honduras.

•Champagne Laurent-Perrier has unveiled Héritage, billed as the first Brut Champagne made from 100% reserve wines offered by a Champagne house. The blend of 55% Chardonnay to 45% Pinot Noir includes grapes from 40 crus, of which half are Grands Crus. “We’ve been fine-tuning our expertise in reserve wine management since the 1950s with the first release of Grand Siècle,” Laurent-Perrier US president Michelle DeFeo told SND. “With Héritage, we’ve honed those skills by creating a Champagne that solely blends reserve wines that have been pristinely maintained in independent stainless steel vats, preserving their fresh and lively qualities. Héritage officially debuted in the U.S. market in June, with the iconic Chicago-based Alinea as our exclusive partner until September.”
