The inaugural 2022 vintage was sourced from select sites in the Red Mountain, Horse Heaven Hills, and Wahluke Slope appellations, as well as the 40-year-old Cold Creek Vineyard, the company noted. It was aged in a variety of new and neutral French and American oak barrels for 22 months and is rolling out to select restaurants around the country.
