September 26, 2025ReserveBar has launched LiquidCommerce Elements V2, its latest upgrade aimed at facilitating alcohol e-commerce. The new system allows brands to fully host online sales within their existing websites—with no links or redirects to a third party like ReserveBar—while remaining three-tier compliant. V2 also allows brands to fully customize their sales pages and supports a wide variety of payment and fulfillment options, including on-demand options. According to the company, this system is already in use by brands like Tito’s, Hennessy, Whispering Angel, The Macallan, and Beyoncé’s SirDavis, and new brands can have up-and-running e-commerce on their websites five days after contracting with ReserveBar.
Even Kulsveen, best known for resurrecting Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, and helping to pioneer the renaissance of American whiskey, died on September 23 at the age of 79. Born in Norway, he emigrated to the U.S. at age 14 and eventually came to work at Willett, a move that would define his life. Whisky Advocate has more on Kulsveen’s life and career.
