•Bacardi-owned American whiskey brand Angel’s Envy is introducing a 10-year-old Cask Strength expression, marking the first age-stated release in the brand’s portfolio. Angel’s Envy 10 Cask Strength was matured in new American oak and Port wine barrels and bottled at 122.6 proof. Retailing at $250 a bottle, it’s launching in a batch of just under 25,000 bottles (2,000 cases) to select retailers around the country. Angel’s Envy has more than doubled in size since 2020, reaching 305,000 cases in the U.S. last year, according to Impact Databank.

•Champagne Dom Pérignon, part of the Moët Hennessy portfolio, is launching two limited edition bottles from artist Takashi Murakami. They include specially designed bottles and coffrets for Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 and for the introduction of Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2010. The collaboration follows Murakami’s participation in Dom Pérignon’s “Eternal Creators” campaign, which debuted in May. Both special bottles are rolling out globally. Dom Pérignon ranks as the seventh-largest Champagne brand in the U.S. in volume terms at 35,000 cases, according to Impact Databank.

•Pernod Ricard has revamped its Altos Tequila brand with a new design intended to boost visibility on store shelves and back bars. The new look takes cues from Mexico’s rótulos—hand-painted street signs known for their distinctive character and typography—and increased purchase intent by over 30% in Pernod’s testing. The redesigned bottle is made from 100% recycled glass and is lighter in weight than its predecessor. The new Altos bottles will roll out across the brand’s Plata, Reposado, and Añejo expressions, as well as Altos ready-to-serve Margaritas, starting this month. Altos has U.S. volume of 295,000 cases, according to Impact Databank.

Avaline, the organic wine brand from Cameron Diaz and Katherine Power, is introducing a new Pinot Grigio. Made with grapes from Azienda Agricola Fasoli Gino in Veneto, the certified organic and biodynamic wine retails at $22 a bottle. Avaline earned Impact “Hot Brand” honors earlier this year after posting 50% growth to 214,000 cases in the U.S. in 2024. Since its launch in 2020, the brand has built out a portfolio in the $20-$24 price range from various global regions.
