November 4, 2025•Kindred, a Toronto-based cannabis brokerage that’s a subsidiary of Breakthru Beverage Group, has acquired certain assets of Green Hedge Education and Distribution Services for an undisclosed sum. Kindred says the deal is a significant milestone that strengthens its portfolio. As part of the acquisition, Canopy Growth, Adastra, and Mary Jones Soda will join Kindred’s range, with more suppliers potentially to be added. The company will also welcome senior leaders from Green Hedge, as well as Green Hedge’s Salesforce CRM, which it says will provide suppliers with real-time visibility into reporting and sales deliverables.
•Seattle-based hemp THC brand Cycling Frog has launched in Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Florida via e-commerce platform Gopuff. According to the company, Gopuff now offers Cycling Frog’s 5mg seltzers, which come in Wild Cherry, Black Currant, and Ruby Grapefruit flavors in 6-packs of 12-ounce cans. In addition to its 5mg seltzers, Cycling Frog offers higher potency options in other states, including 10mg seltzers and 50mg lemonade and iced tea lemonade.
•Charleston, South Carolina’s High Rise THC seltzer has launched a new 10mg raspberry seltzer and a 10mg variety pack. The new releases are available through the brand’s website and in its 20-state retail footprint. With the new raspberry flavor, High Rise offers four 10mg options—also including blood orange, blueberry, and pineapple—five 5mg options, and three flavors at 3mg. The new raspberry seltzer is now available in 4-packs of 12-ounce cans and as part of the new 10mg 8-can variety pack.
